SIL Team Members

This setting allows administrators to designate specific team members who are exclusively permitted to receive shifts within a particular SIL Home.

This enhancement was first introduced during the COVID-19 pandemic as a safety measure, aimed at limiting the movement of team members between different SIL Houses and consequently reducing potential exposure risks.

Beyond the pandemic, we have retained this functionality in response to feedback from providers, recognising its value in enabling the establishment of consistent teams for individual SIL Homes.
