Select the participant you wish to add to the SIL Home as a resident by choosing them from the dropdown list.

Next, set their arrival and departure dates. If the resident is there indefinitely, leave the departure date blank.

When generating invoices, you have the flexibility to define the calculation method for the resident's charged ratio. It's essential to configure and set your preferred ratio to ensure accurate billing.

The following ratios are available:

Actual Ratio

This will instruct dock'd to calculate the ratio used for invoicing to be the number of Participants that were on the same shift together.

Fixed Ratio

This will instruct dock'd to invoice the Participant at the defined ratio, regardless of how many other Participants were on the same shift.

If SIL Schedules have been defined, you can assign the new resident to as many as you like by clicking on the dropdown list and ticking each one.

Once you've configured the new resident, click Save & Close to close the wizard and complete the process.

If done correctly, the resident will appear in the SIL Home's RESIDENTS list.
